Additional Package Details

All Reception Packages will have a 5-hour event time, the additional time in each package is for set-up, decorations, vendors, getting ready, tear-down, etc.

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and 50% of the venue rental fee.

Final balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

The above pricing does not include our 18% service fee.

The Martin can accommodate up to 180 guests.
