Welcome to the Martin Academy!
An Interactive cocktail experience for anyone who wants to elevate their skills behind the bar. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced home entertainer, each class combines hands-on instruction, professional techniques, and the stories behind some of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
Classes are led by Ish Lopez, Beverage Director and Chief Mixologist at The Martin. Ish has built a reputation for creating memorable guest experiences. His career has included award-winning bar programs, designing signature cocktail menus, and mentoring bartenders while sharing a passion for hospitality and exceptional service.
